This centerpiece platter was made with a combination of slab and coil-pinching techniques, and decorated with colored slips; it is finished with a coat of wax and the clay is still porous, it should not be used to serve wet or greasy foods which could stain it. This is a unique object, one-of-a-kind both in concept and execution. This conversation starter will add character to any interior space. Signed and dated on bottom.
